Usage Policy
Effective: August 14, 2026
This policy applies to the Fluxion AI website, console, APIs, model services, balance, subscriptions, and redemption codes and forms part of the Terms of Service. The platform supplies lawful API aggregation, forwarding, and related technology; it does not authorize unlawful use.
1. Core principles
Users must act lawfully, safely, honestly, responsibly, and in compliance with applicable rules. A request not being blocked does not make it lawful or approved. Users must also follow rules in their location, business location, and jurisdictions connected to the data or affected people; applicable sanctions, export controls, intellectual property, privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer-protection requirements; and platform and upstream-provider policies.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are minimum requirements. Conduct with the same or similar risk may also be restricted.
Crime and regulatory evasion
Do not plan, carry out, assist, or promote fraud, money laundering, theft, extortion, illegal fundraising, gambling, drugs, weapons, human trafficking, or other crime. Do not forge identities, documents, instruments, or transaction records, provide unlawful goods or services, or evade law enforcement, regulation, sanctions, export controls, regional limits, or platform controls.
Cyberattacks, malware, and credential abuse
Unauthorized exploitation, scanning, brute force, intrusion, privilege escalation, and data extraction are prohibited, as are DDoS/CC attacks, botnets, resource exhaustion, malware, ransomware, trojans, backdoors, phishing, and credential theft. Accounts, passwords, keys, tokens, cookies, and payment credentials must not be stolen, traded, or abused. Authorized security research must remain strictly within written scope.
Fraud, impersonation, and manipulation
Do not impersonate a person, business, government, or platform; run investment, loan, recruiting, support, or payment scams; fabricate advertisements, reviews, evidence, or citations; send spam or manipulate public opinion and engagement; or use stolen payment, abusive chargebacks, cash-out, and promotion abuse.
Privacy and personal data
Do not unlawfully collect, buy, sell, exchange, disclose, or leak personal data; dox, locate, track, harass, profile, or surveil people; process identity, financial, login, biometric, or communication data without authority; use unlawful databases or leaked data; or create privacy-invasive deepfakes.
Intellectual property and third-party rights
Do not intentionally infringe copyright, trademark, patent, trade-secret, likeness, reputation, or other rights, including by acquiring, copying, or distributing protected material at scale without authorization.
Hate, harassment, violence, and extremism
Do not generate or assist hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, or incitement based on protected traits; threats, intimidation, harassment, bullying, or stalking; terrorist or extremist propaganda, recruitment, funding, or operational support; or encouragement of self-harm, suicide, abuse, or severe targeted violence.
Sexual exploitation and child safety
Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse, trafficking, or inappropriate contact involving minors is strictly prohibited, including fictional, synthetic, and deepfake material. Explicit pornography, non-consensual content, voyeurism, sex trafficking, sextortion, and deepfake pornography may also be restricted or prohibited.
High-risk domains
Without effective qualified oversight, model output must not directly determine medical diagnosis, legal judgments, credit, insurance, employment, education admission, law enforcement, critical infrastructure, industrial safety, or weapons control. It must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, investment, or other professional high-risk decisions.
3. API, account, and commercial limits
Without written permission, users may not:
- sell, rent, share, publish, or transfer an account, key, subscription, or allowance;
- operate an unauthorized relay, resale, proxy, shared-account, or account-pool service;
- bulk-register or create related accounts or automate evasion of eligibility, allowance, and controls;
- bypass billing, rate, concurrency, safety, model, regional, or access restrictions;
- arbitrage or cash out through price differences, promotions, credit, refunds, or payment disputes;
- impose unreasonable load, interfere with other users, or destabilize the service;
- falsely state that model output was produced by a human or misrepresent source, authorization, or model identity.
Legitimate large-scale calling, load testing, resale, or integration requires prior explicit authorization and any separate agreement.
4. User responsibility
Users are responsible for inputs, use of outputs, and resulting consequences. They should implement human review, access control, logging, security, and complaint handling proportionate to their business risk and must not rely only on model or platform safety controls.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
Where law permits, the platform may analyze necessary account data, request metadata, error logs, and abnormal behavior for security, compliance, risk, billing, debugging, or upstream requirements. Risk may result in rejected requests; reduced rate, concurrency, allowance, or model access; requests for identity, transaction, or authorization proof; suspension of keys, accounts, subscriptions, codes, or payments; temporary freezing of disputed balance; deletion of unlawful content controlled by the platform where legally required; evidence retention; and legally required disclosure.
6. Consequences and appeals
Violations may lead to warning, restriction, suspension, ban, termination, cancellation of improperly obtained credit, denial of ineligible refunds, or legal action. The response depends on severity, impact, repetition, intent, and legal duties. Urgent security risk, fraud, unlawful activity, or a third-party requirement may be handled immediately without advance notice.
A user who believes an action was mistaken may appeal through official support with the account, request ID, order, and supporting evidence. An appeal does not automatically pause necessary security or legal measures.
7. Updates
The platform may update this policy as law, upstream rules, technology, and risk change. Material changes will be communicated through website notices, console notifications, renewed acceptance, or another reasonable method.
