Terms of Service

Effective: August 14, 2026

These terms govern the Fluxion AI website, console, APIs, model services, and related features. Registering, signing in, creating an API key, adding funds, redeeming a code, purchasing a subscription, or sending a request means that the user accepts these terms, the Service-Specific Terms, and the Usage Policy. A user who is ineligible or does not agree must stop using the service.

1. Platform and service

Fluxion AI is a third-party AI API aggregation and forwarding platform. It provides compatible endpoints, key management, model routing, usage records, balance, subscriptions, and redemption features. Unless stated in writing, Fluxion AI is not an official site, agent, or affiliate of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, or another model provider. Their trademarks and model names belong to their respective owners.

Models, endpoints, prices, multipliers, allowances, limits, routes, and availability follow the live product pages and billing records.

2. Eligibility and regional restrictions

Users must have legal capacity to accept these terms and authority to act for an organization. Availability depends on platform access, payment support, the selected upstream provider, applicable sanctions and export controls, and identity, payment, and fraud checks. Access, registration, or successful payment does not guarantee every model or feature.

Explicitly unsupported region

The platform does not provide service to individuals or organizations located in mainland China. Users there may not register, fund, subscribe, redeem, create keys, or call APIs, and may not evade the restriction through a VPN, proxy, false address, offshore payment, another person's account, or similar method. An account registered elsewhere may still be restricted when its principal use, resale, or actual service destination is mainland China.

Other restrictions

Service may also be unavailable to sanctioned or export-controlled regions and parties; parties blocked by a model, payment, cloud, or network provider; users unable to complete identity, funding-source, payment, fraud, or compliance checks; and parties presenting legal, fraud, abuse, attack, or payment risk.

Model-specific rules may differ. Users must not evade a platform or upstream restriction through technical, identity, payment, or resale arrangements or deliver the service to an unsupported region or restricted party. The platform may process necessary source-location information and change eligibility as law, provider policy, and risk change.

Each use confirms that the user is not in an explicitly unsupported region, has supplied accurate identity, region, and payment information, is not acting for a restricted party, and will not evade restrictions or use the service unlawfully.

3. Lawful use

Users must follow applicable laws in their location, the platform and processing locations, and any jurisdiction connected to the request, content, data, or output. This includes sanctions, export controls, trade, intellectual property, privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and third-party rules. Availability is not a legal opinion about a particular use.

4. Accounts and credentials

Registration and contact information must remain accurate. Accounts, passwords, API keys, tokens, and verification codes must not be disclosed, sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized parties. Activity and charges made through an account or key are generally treated as the user's or an authorized party's activity.

Revoke exposed credentials and contact support immediately after theft or abnormal use. The user is responsible for losses caused by failure to protect credentials, except to the extent the platform is at fault.

5. Fees, balance, and subscriptions

The platform may offer prepaid balance, usage billing, subscriptions, redemption codes, or other methods. Current prices, units, multipliers, allowances, cycles, and limits are shown at purchase and in the console.

  • Paid balance is prepaid service value actually purchased and credited.
  • Promotional credit is non-cash value from registration, referrals, promotions, coupons, codes, drawings, or compensation.
  • A subscription is a right to use specified models, groups, rates, or allowances for a defined period.

These entitlements are not deposits or electronic money, earn no interest, and may not be transferred, traded, or cashed out without authorization. Renewal and rollover follow the purchase page.

6. Refunds and billing disputes

The Service-Specific Terms contain the detailed rules. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise:

  • a personal-reason refund covers only unused, actually paid balance and carries a 5% fee;
  • promotional credit, benefits, consumed value, and subscriptions are non-refundable;
  • no fee applies to verified duplicate charges, billing errors, or platform technical errors;
  • after approval, the platform initiates the refund within three business days, while the payment provider or bank controls settlement time.

Disputes should include the order number, payment time, request ID, model, and other verifiable information. False evidence, abusive chargebacks, and attempts to recover consumed service are prohibited.

7. User content and model output

Users must have all rights required for prompts, context, files, images, code, and personal data they submit. Model output may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate. The platform does not guarantee suitability for a purpose or non-infringement; users must review output before use, publication, distribution, or commercialization.

Output must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, investment, industrial-safety, or other high-risk decisions without qualified professional review. These terms do not transfer rights in lawfully submitted user content beyond the technical permission needed to provide the service; output rights may also depend on upstream terms and law.

8. Prohibited conduct

Users may not use the platform for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, privacy-invasive, child-endangering, attack-related, or sanctions-evasion conduct. Without written permission, users may not resell or rent accounts, keys, balance, promotional credit, or subscriptions, or operate an unauthorized secondary proxy, relay, or account pool. See the Usage Policy.

9. Third-party services

The platform depends on model, cloud, payment, login, mail, network, and monitoring providers whose availability, pricing, policy, data handling, and output are not fully controlled by Fluxion AI. The same named model may use different accounts, regions, or channels. The platform may switch channels for the same model, but should not silently substitute another model unless the user enabled or the platform disclosed a fallback.

10. Availability and changes

Service is not guaranteed to be permanent, uninterrupted, delay-free, or error-free. Upstream limits, model retirement, network failure, maintenance, attacks, regulation, and force majeure may interrupt it. Models, prices, multipliers, allowances, endpoints, routes, and features may change for technical, security, compliance, upstream, or operational reasons. Material adverse changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

11. Risk controls and termination

The platform may verify, limit, freeze, suspend, or terminate abnormal accounts, keys, orders, payments, subscriptions, codes, or requests. Unlawful use, fraud, stolen payment, abusive chargebacks, bulk registration, cash-out schemes, promotion abuse, attacks, and risk-control evasion may result in immediate action, record retention, denial of ineligible refunds, and legal claims. An appeal channel may be provided where doing so does not compromise an investigation, legal duty, or third-party rights.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” The platform makes no unwritten warranty about continuing third-party availability, output accuracy, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement, and is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful use, exposed credentials, misconfiguration, unreviewed reliance on output, or third-party conduct. This does not exclude liability that law does not permit to be excluded.

13. Updates

Terms may change with law, technology, business, or security. Material changes to fees, refunds, regional restrictions, data handling, or other rights will be communicated reasonably and consent obtained where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; otherwise, stop using the service and resolve remaining entitlements under the applicable rules.

14. Disputes and contact

The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through official support. Unresolved disputes are handled under applicable law by a competent court or dispute-resolution body. Statements by unofficial individuals, group members, or third-party partners do not amend these terms.
