Privacy Policy
Effective: August 26, 2026
Fluxion AI values user privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when providing our website, dashboard, accounts, API keys, AI model API routing, usage statistics, billing, orders, subscriptions, and customer support services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Fluxion AI website, dashboard, API services, model request routing, order and subscription features, and inquiries, support tickets, and feedback that users submit through official channels.
Third-party clients, model providers, payment providers, and third-party websites linked from the platform have their own privacy policies. Users should also review those policies when using the relevant third-party services.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on the features a user actually uses, we may process the following information:
2.1 Account and Contact Information
This includes usernames, account IDs, email addresses, third-party sign-in identifiers, and contact details users voluntarily submit through contact forms, support tickets, or other official channels.
2.2 Order and Billing Information
This includes order numbers, transaction times, amounts, currencies, payment status, transaction identifiers returned by payment providers, balances, subscriptions, redemptions, and refund records. Complete card numbers, security codes, and payment-account sign-in credentials are handled by payment providers. Fluxion AI does not intentionally retain these complete payment credentials.
2.3 API and Usage Information
This includes user IDs, API key IDs, groups, model names, API types, request times, input and output tokens, cache usage, request status, error types, costs, latency, route or channel identifiers, and other technical information required for billing, troubleshooting, and security. These records are request metadata and do not include user-submitted request bodies or model response bodies.
2.4 Network and Device Information
This includes IP addresses, browser and device types, operating systems, sign-in records, access times, page-view records, network status, and security logs.
2.5 Model Request Content
Prompts, context, code, files, images, and other inputs submitted by users must be transmitted through Fluxion AI to the model provider or upstream service that processes the request. Model output must likewise be returned to users in real time through the relevant route.
Fluxion AI does not store any user request content or model response content transmitted through the API. The platform transmits request and response content only in real time. It does not record, cache, or retain that content in any form and does not write it to business databases, application logs, error-tracking records, or system backups. After a request is completed, Fluxion AI cannot view or retrieve that content again.
Fluxion AI retains only the business data and request metadata necessary to provide accounts, authentication, billing, usage queries, security, and customer support. Examples include email addresses, usernames, account status, API key IDs, model names, token usage, balances, charge records, request status, and latency. These records do not contain request or response bodies.
Content that a user voluntarily pastes into a support ticket, email, or customer support conversation is not data automatically retained from an API call. It is handled as a support record voluntarily submitted by the user. Do not submit complete API keys, passwords, unrelated personal information, or confidential content in support communications.
Different model providers and routes may apply different data-processing rules. Users must not submit personal information they are not authorized to process, confidential information, or strictly regulated data through the platform.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- create, verify, and protect user accounts;
- create, verify, and manage API keys;
- receive, route, and return model requests;
- calculate tokens, allowances, multipliers, and charges;
- display usage, spending, errors, and operational records;
- process top-ups, subscriptions, redemptions, invoicing, refunds, and billing disputes;
- provide customer support, troubleshooting, and service notices;
- prevent attacks, fraud, unauthorized charges, abuse, and credential exposure;
- maintain and improve the platform's stability, security, and user experience; and
- comply with applicable law and handle disputes.
Fluxion AI does not use user prompts or model outputs to train its own models.
4. Disclosure and Third-Party Processing
To provide the service, we may disclose relevant information to the following categories of third parties to the extent necessary:
- Model providers and upstream API services: receive request content, parameters, and technical information required to complete model calls;
- Cloud and technical service providers: provide servers, networks, CDN, DNS, security, monitoring, email, sign-in, and backup services;
- Payment and transaction providers: complete payments, transaction verification, fraud prevention, invoicing, and refunds; and
- Professional advisers or relevant authorities: process information where necessary to comply with law, handle disputes or security incidents, or protect legitimate rights and interests.
Fluxion AI does not sell users' personal information and does not disclose personal information to third parties for cross-site targeted advertising.
Because model providers, cloud services, and other service providers may be located in different countries or regions, relevant information may be transferred or processed across borders. Where reasonably practicable, we select providers with appropriate data-protection measures and limit information disclosure to what is necessary to provide the service.
5. Retention
Fluxion AI does not store any user request content or model response content transmitted through the API.
We retain account, order, usage, and other business data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the relevant processing purposes. We determine retention periods using the following criteria:
- account and contact information is retained while the account remains active and for as long as needed to provide account services; after account closure, it is retained only as necessary to handle outstanding services, security incidents, disputes, or legal obligations;
- order, payment, refund, invoicing, balance, and charge records are retained as required for account reconciliation, tax and financial compliance, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and applicable law;
- API request and billing metadata is retained as necessary to provide usage queries, reconcile charges, handle errors, protect security, and improve the service;
- IP, sign-in, error, and security logs are retained as necessary to identify risks, investigate anomalies, and protect accounts and platform security;
- support tickets, email, and customer support records are retained as necessary to resolve issues, follow up on services, and handle related disputes; and
- backup data is overwritten or deleted according to the platform's backup rotation and disaster-recovery arrangements.
We periodically review retained data. When a processing purpose has been completed and there is no legal or reasonable business need for continued retention, the relevant information will be deleted or anonymized where technically feasible. This does not apply to information that must be retained by law or is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
6. Cookies and Information Security
The website may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to maintain sign-in state, protect security, remember language and interface preferences, and determine whether core functions operate correctly.
We currently do not use personal information for cross-site targeted advertising. If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate choices where required by applicable law.
We apply reasonable access controls, permission management, transport protection, credential protection, log auditing, backups, and security-incident response measures. However, internet transmission and third-party services cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Users should protect passwords and API keys and immediately disable affected credentials and contact the platform after discovering suspicious activity.
7. User Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, users may request to:
- access or obtain personal information associated with their account;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete their account and information that is no longer needed;
- export account or usage records that the platform can reasonably provide;
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
- object to or complain about specific processing.
Users may submit a request to the service email address for the relevant website:
- Fluxion AI Chinese website:
service@fluxionai.space; and - Fluxion AI international English website:
service@fluxionai.world.
To protect accounts and third-party information, we may require verification of the requester's identity and account permissions.
Some billing, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may not be deleted immediately because of legal obligations or legitimate needs. Deleting information necessary to provide the service may also prevent the relevant features or account from continuing to operate.
8. Minors
Fluxion AI is not intended for persons who lack the legal capacity required by applicable law. Minors may use the service only where permitted by local law and with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as our products, technology, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date. For material changes to information categories, processing purposes, disclosure scope, or user rights, we will provide notice through the website, dashboard, or other methods where reasonably practicable.
